7. Lifetime Membership Terms

These terms apply specifically to any Lifetime Membership offer made available by RKGS TECH.

  • “Lifetime Membership” means that the member will not be required to pay any recurring membership or renewal fee for the applicable membership plan.
  • Lifetime Membership includes access for a minimum period of five (5) years from the date of activation, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
  • After the minimum five-year period, membership access will continue without renewal charges for as long as RKGS TECH operates the platform and continues to provide the applicable membership service.
  • Lifetime Membership will automatically end if RKGS TECH permanently closes its business or permanently discontinues the platform or applicable membership service due to insolvency, legal or regulatory requirements, force majeure, technical impossibility, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • RKGS TECH may improve, replace, modify or discontinue individual features, content, limits or services according to technical, educational, legal or business requirements. However, reasonable efforts will be made to maintain the overall value and essential benefits of the purchased membership.
  • Lifetime Membership is linked to the registered user account. It cannot be transferred, resold, shared commercially or exchanged for cash.
  • Membership may be suspended or terminated in cases of fraud, payment reversal, unauthorized account sharing, misuse of the platform or serious violation of these Terms and Conditions.
  • The promotional price is a one-time membership payment and does not create any automatic renewal or recurring payment obligation.
  • The offer may be restricted by availability, purchase limit, account eligibility, offer period or other conditions clearly displayed during checkout.
  • By purchasing Lifetime Membership, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these Lifetime Membership Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

RKGS_TECH may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website means acceptance of updated terms.
