Can someone explain how to review wrong answers properly?

I mark wrong questions and solve them again after one day. If I again get it wrong, then I revise the chapter notes.

Write the reason for the mistake in one line. Example: formula forgotten, calculation error, question misread. Full solution is needed only when the concept is weak.
